8月14日，國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)關(guān)于《全國(guó)深化“放管服”改革轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能電視電話會(huì)議重點(diǎn)任務(wù)分工方案的通知》。通知中提及，2018年底前將實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一申報(bào)單證、作業(yè)系統(tǒng)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研判、指令下達(dá)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)法，實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)出口整體通關(guān)時(shí)間壓縮三分之一，五年內(nèi)壓縮一半。同時(shí)，力爭(zhēng)在2019年底前將“單一窗口”功能全部覆蓋到海關(guān)特殊監(jiān)管區(qū)域和跨境電子商務(wù)綜合試驗(yàn)區(qū)。此外，通知中要求繼續(xù)進(jìn)一步降低物流成本，預(yù)計(jì)全年降低物流成本120多億元。
