8月29日,由鐵路總公司屬下的中鐵快運股份有限公司與順豐控股屬下的深圳順豐泰森控股(集團(tuán))有限公司共同組建的中鐵順豐國際快運有限公司在深圳揭牌成立。其中,中鐵快運占股55%,順豐占股45%。

其實,順豐與鐵總的合作早已有先兆:早在2012年,當(dāng)時的鐵路部門嘗試用動檢列車運送快遞業(yè)務(wù)時,順豐就第一個參與。此后的多次“雙11”順豐都會“包下”部分高鐵送包裹。直到2017年底,順豐就“公開”牽手鐵總推出“高鐵極速達(dá)”業(yè)務(wù),在京滬兩地實現(xiàn)異地陸運當(dāng)日到達(dá)。今年初,順豐又與中鐵快運推出了“高鐵順手寄”服務(wù)。而今,兩者又正式宣布合資成立新的快運公司。
