2018年中非合作論壇北京峰會(huì)將于9月3日至4日舉行。國(guó)家郵政局日前發(fā)出通知，部署峰會(huì)期間寄遞服務(wù)安全保障工作，為峰會(huì)順利召開(kāi)創(chuàng)造良好環(huán)境。

通知強(qiáng)調(diào)，各企業(yè)要加強(qiáng)統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)，做好網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)監(jiān)測(cè)和指揮調(diào)度，嚴(yán)格落實(shí)寄遞服務(wù)安全保障各項(xiàng)制度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，規(guī)范消費(fèi)者投訴受理工作，及時(shí)向社會(huì)公告服務(wù)安排，發(fā)布消費(fèi)提示，妥善處理郵（快）件延誤、丟失損毀、賠償?shù)葐?wèn)題，保障消費(fèi)者合法權(quán)益。郵政企業(yè)要挑選政治素質(zhì)高、業(yè)務(wù)能力強(qiáng)、服務(wù)意識(shí)好的工作人員參與峰會(huì)服務(wù)保障工作，加強(qiáng)宣傳培訓(xùn)，規(guī)范服務(wù)行為，提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量，對(duì)涉會(huì)郵件實(shí)行專人、專車、專線、專區(qū)服務(wù)、專項(xiàng)檢查。北京市郵政管理局要指導(dǎo)轄區(qū)企業(yè)采取有效措施應(yīng)對(duì)峰會(huì)期間臨時(shí)交通管制，妥善做好北京市內(nèi)寄遞服務(wù)工作。

各企業(yè)要嚴(yán)格遵守寄遞渠道安全和禁止寄遞物品管理規(guī)定，積極配合公安、國(guó)家安全等部門(mén)開(kāi)展峰會(huì)安保工作，嚴(yán)防敵對(duì)勢(shì)力和不法分子利用寄遞渠道從事違法犯罪活動(dòng)，堅(jiān)決遏制重特大安全事故發(fā)生，有效防范化解和應(yīng)對(duì)群體性政治性事件。嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行收寄驗(yàn)視制度，對(duì)于禁止寄遞的物品、不能確認(rèn)安全性的物品，以及寄件人拒絕驗(yàn)視的物品，一律不予收寄。嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行實(shí)名收寄制度，除信件和已簽訂安全協(xié)議的用戶交寄的郵（快）件外，一律查驗(yàn)登記寄件人身份和寄遞物品信息后方可收寄。

寄件人拒絕出示有效身份證件，在郵件詳情單、快遞運(yùn)單等服務(wù)單據(jù)上填寫(xiě)的身份信息與出示的有效身份證件不一致，或者拒絕登記其有效身份證件類型和證件號(hào)碼的，一律不予收寄。嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行過(guò)機(jī)安檢制度，8月27日至9月5日期間對(duì)寄往北京市的郵（快）件必須經(jīng)過(guò)X光機(jī)安檢，并逐一加蓋或粘貼安檢標(biāo)識(shí)，注明安檢單位。在上述期間嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行臨時(shí)寄遞物品管制措施，對(duì)“低慢小”航空器以及“炸彈鬧鐘”“遙控地雷”玩具等物品一律禁止寄遞進(jìn)入北京。
